Is the first session really free? What’s the catch?
No catch. No credit card. No hidden anything.
The free first session exists because I believe you should experience the work before you commit to it. I would rather you feel the difference in that one hour than take my word for it. If at the end you want to continue — we talk about it. If you don’t — you still leave with something real. That has always been my approach and it will not change.
I’ve tried therapy, journalling, and three different coaches. Nothing has worked. Why would this be different?
Because most approaches work on the conscious mind — the 5% you are already aware of.
What I do works on the subconscious — the 95% that is actually running your life. Talking about a problem gives you understanding. EFT Tapping and Ho’oponopono release the emotional charge stored in your body and nervous system — the part that keeps recreating the same pain no matter how much you understand it intellectually.
If you have tried everything and still feel stuck, it usually means the root has never been touched. That is exactly where we begin.
How long is the free first session?
Approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Enough time to go deep — not just scratch the surface.
Is this online or in person?
All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom — so you can work with me from anywhere in the world, from the comfort of your own space. Many clients actually find this easier. There is something about being in your own environment that allows you to open up more honestly.
